How to measure your body for clothing:

Use a measuring tape for accuracy (flexy tape - not a stiff tape measure). Strip down to underwear (non padded bra or braless)

The most important measurements are Bust, Rib Cage, Waist and Low Hip.


How to measure bust:

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of bust, underneath armpits and make sure tape is level. Keep the tape snug but not too tight.

How to measure rib cage:

Wrap the measuring tape directly underneath bust (where the elastic will sit for tops) and make sure tape is level. Keep the tape snug but not too tight.

How to measure waist:

Wrap the measuring tape around waistline (about 2 inches above belly button). Keep the tape snug but not too tight. Do not suck in tummy.

How to measure low hip:

Stand straight with feet together and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of butt. Use a mirror to ensure tape is level. Keep the tape snug but not too tight.
